What services do you offer?
At Elevate Collective, we specialize in photography and video for corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and branded experiences. Our services include full event coverage, executive headshots, on-site headshot stations, cinematic recap videos, branded storytelling, interviews, and testimonials.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. Whether your event is across the city or across the country, we’ve got you covered. We provide nationwide coverage and are always ready to hit the road (or the skies) to capture your story.
Are there travel fees?
Our approach is simple: rate + room. That means you cover our service fee and hotel stay—everything else (flights, rideshare, luggage, meals, etc.) is included. No nickel-and-diming. No surprise charges.
Do you offer same-day edits?
Yes—if you need a quick-turnaround highlight reel or instant headshots, we can make it happen. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee.
Will we get RAW files?
We deliver polished, edited media by default. If you’d like RAW files as well, we’re happy to provide them for an additional fee, which covers file handling and transfer.
What’s your turnaround time?
Final photos are typically delivered within 5 business days. Video projects are usually completed within 2 weeks, depending on scope. Need it faster? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
How early should we book?
The earlier, the better. Dates fill quickly—especially during peak seasons. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your spot on our calendar.
How do we book you?
